You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If it is a food item (e.g., coffee or tea), it must be unopened. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for return include gift boxes / baskets, any product purchased through a third party, any product received as a "trial" or promotional item, or where any amount of the purchase price has been paid by or through a third party. For items purchased through third parties, please consult that seller's return policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders place on or before 11:59:00 EST will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Depending on your location items may take more or less time to arrive.
